Exploring the causal origins of individual and societal nonbelief

The Explaining Atheism programme is a landmark project for the scientific study of religion and nonreligion, further establishing the study of atheism and nonreligion in the academy and greatly improving public understanding of the causal histories and possible futures of both belief and nonbelief.
